Honeymoon

Bora Bora,Tahita, Hawaii, Greek Isles, Heck even Las Vegas?! Where would you go for your big honeymoon? Take a guess where we chose...Nope...Nope...

No sightseeing, no beach, no tours, no crowds, no hotel, no luggage! Our honeymoon included none of the stereotypical ideals. Despite all that it lacked, it was perfect! It was full of great company, laughter, love and adoration for each other. Maybe the only things that could be stereotypical was a delicious sushi dinner and a pool. However ours was a game of pool not a dip in the pool. Lover Boy enjoyed whooping my bum in pool and after I was exhausted from losing, we played Rummy, which I also practiced my good sport loser face....but we laughed the entire time. I caught myself a few times running upstairs just to make sure everything was ok in the kids' rooms and by the time I'd get up the stairs, I'd realize that we were home ALONE!! It was a perfect night and now I'm thinking that honeymoons just might be over-rated. I loved my "honeymoon" home style.

I couldn't agree more! It doesn't matter where you go or do not go, you can have fun and be in love anywhere. You guys are such an adorable couple and I'm so happy for you! Love you.

Sometimes the funnest memories are the ones you make at home!! Chad & I spent our honeymoon @ his family's cabin in Lava Hot Springs. There really wasn't much to do but be together & it was one of the funnest times we ever had!! Good for you guys! Sweet & Simple usually is best!! Especially now that you have kids!! I REALLY cherish the time we just have to ourselves, to be alone!! :)
