Bon Fire

We were so excited when Lover Boy got his jeep. We talked about how much fun we will have taking little camping trips. We both enjoy camping so much, but haven't been for a few years. Little Princess has a Curious George book that she absolutely loves reading. One of the stories is about camping, so after reading that a few months ago all she can talk about is when we go camping. We'd planned a trip, but things fell through and we didn't end up making it out. Since then we still are anxious to go.
Friday night we were all a little bored with not much thought of to do. I was cleaning the house and Little Princess came in and asked if we could do something. Then a little light flickered in my otherwise dull brain and suggested that she go and ask Lover Boy if we could at least have a fire and roast hot dogs and marshmallows.
We had a nice fire right in our own backyard, which really was nice because then everything we needed for Little Man was just a doorway away. LOL. Little Princess had so much fun, hot dogs are one thing we can get her to eat quite a bit of, one of the very few things.
We had a lovely evening...and as you can see Little Man loved every minute of it too, except when we weren't getting his food shoveled in fast enough.
