A late night surge

I may be lazy and stay in my jammies all day long, but once night rolls around and I realize that I've done absolutely nothing besides watch HGTV I kick it in high gear and get cracking.

When Little Man was born I took pictures of him and developed them immediately for a project I wanted to do. I ordered my vinyl and was all ready...but lacked motivation. LOL, story of my life. hahah.

For my birthday back in August we spent the day at the Gateway and I'd found a darling hat that I HAD to have, until I saw the price tag that is. $49!! Can you believe it? Lover Boy assured me that it was my birthday so I could have it, but also brought to my attention that I could totally make it. So about a month later when I had a girl's day with my friend in Park City we were at the Gap outlet and I found the perfect hat for my creation. The price tag said $4.99, but when they rang it up it was $1.99, so of course I ran to the rack and grabbed the other color too! For that price, why not right?! Then I went to JoAnn's and got the remaining supplies that I needed, each hat cost a total of $10 to make. SO much better and now I have 2:)

SO....here we go: (Side note, these projects that I've delayed so insanely long took me about 2 hours to do entirely. HAHAHA I am just so lazy sometimes. and also please don't judge me by my red eyes and smudged makeup; it is 11:30 p.m. and I'm an eye rubber when I get sleepy)

Domestic Diva has been on leave for the last few days. She's taking a break. Really we just haven't wanted to go buy groceries for the recipes we've been wanting to try. We did fajitas, tacos, and our favorite spaghetti, meals that we had all the ingredients for. House has been clean, but no major organizing other than the craft room this week. I'm really wanting to do my bathroom closet next. Hopefully Monday that chore will get tackled:)

I like what you got done! No, I LOVE it! Doesn't that make you feel good to get something done. It really doesn't matter what time or how long it takes. Love you!
